Anaerobic Digestion by BioWayste

As one of the UK’s fastest Anaerobic Digestion providers, we offer an inexpensive form of waste treatment. Processing waste at an average of 12 hours per ton BioWayste’s continuous flow operates at a much higher capacity than other companies, improving efficiency and allowing us to keep prices down. Other Anaerobic Digestion companies currently take up to 20 days to process one ton of waste, making BioWayste truly more efficient and effective.

BioWayste’s technological and engineering experts have developed a unique approach to the energy from waste process. This approach challenges traditional Anaerobic Digestion systems, which typically require high initial capital investment and involve significant time investments, planning and engineering design risks.

Turning Your Waste into Your Energy

Our unique Anaerobic Digestion process produces a Biogas, a mixture of methane and carbon dioxide. Most waste treatment processes are significant consumers of energy. By contrast, the BioWayste process actually produces energy by using the biogas to generate electricity.

BioWayste Anaerobic Digestion plants use smaller, modular reactors. This enables the plant to only require minimal capital investment, single contractor implementation, reduced time frame, planning and civils, as well as removing any engineering and design risk.

There are two key components in our AD plants, each performing a specific function, these are the services skid and the reactor module. The small footprint services skid enables simple monitoring, control and manipulation of the feed substrate profile, to ensure the process runs efficiently and stably. The small, high rate M60 Reactor Module efficiently retains the biomass required to ensure optimum substrate biomass interaction.
